Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your bingoplis account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. bingoplis does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, subject to KYC verification status and payment method processing times. bingoplis reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bingoplis reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their bingoplis account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements and verification checks are completed.
